Antiques On The Square does its best to present merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. Almost all items are antique or at least vintage, and most will show some age or wear. If an item received is not as advertised, please contact us either by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to correct the problem. As normal policy, all sales are final. But, our desire is to have customers that are pleased with their purchases and will shop with us again. Because we do have a bricks and mortar shop that operates daily, we may sell something in the shop at the same time a WEB order is being submitted. To best prevent this rare occurrence from happening, items sold in the shop will immediately be removed from the WEB site or marked "sold." No matter the price, all purchases will be packed with extreme care, and shipped by the customer's preference of shipper (if noted). There are no handling charges, and very often, the item price includes shipping (within the continental U.S.). Every item will be insured with the chosen shipper. If there is ever any shipping damage, please contact us and we will send the appropriate insurance information. When purchasing larger items such as furniture, the customer will be responsible for arranging shipping. Antiques On The Square will gladly supply a list of shippers we are familiar with. However, we can not take responsibility for the actual shipping. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. At this time, we do not accept PayPal. We accept purchases by check, but are not able to ship until we are able to verify that the check has cleared. |
